Born in Bermuda, Kathy traveled the world with her military family, and every place along the way, she found horses. When her family settled in Corrales, Kathy distinguished herself on the hunter/Jumper circuit winning numerous high point trophies and awards. She won the NMHJA medal classes three years in a row, and was invited to compete at Madison Square Garden. She holds an H-A which is the second highest rating from the U.S. Pony Club.
Kathy volunteers her time to the New Mexico Pinto Club and various 4H groups as well as judging horse shows and conducting clinics.
